When I picked the car up, there was still glass in the rear tail gate that made a noticeable noise each time the tail gate was lifted or lowered. I had to have this fixed while I waited.
Also, I was not kept informed as to the delay in repairing my vehicle. I had to call to get a status update.

I was completely satisfied with the customer service representatives. They were welcoming, professional, and informative. I also appreciative the free popcorn and affordable vending inside the comfortable waiting area. I also forgot my parking Duckett in my vehicle and when I called the customer representative literally placed me on a very brief hold until she retrieved it for me. Amazing!
I was dissatisfied with the smell of my vehicle when I received it, my car had a strong, aggressive, lasting odor of coffee that remained in my car so far 4 days. The customer service did everything they could to eliminate the odor before I left and I am very appreciative about that. I have asthma and the car smell has triggered my wheezing.
Other than that I was completely satisfied with my overall experience, oh- the car repair looks great.
