On Nov. 10 I received a phone message that my car would be ready at 5P.M.with a request that I call to verify that I was going to pick the car up. When I called the lady who answered the phone said that the car wasn't in their system. I requested her to investigate and call me back so that I would not make a needless trip if the car was not ready. No one called back so I called Mike Staley-the GEICO claims adjuster. He contacted Henry in the Repair Dept. Henry said that the car would be ready in an hour. When I arrived the car was almost ready. For the lack of communication and my inconvenience Henry granted me a discount on my bill. For that I am grateful because what started out as a negative experience left me happy. Dave Fait
