My main issue was not the repair of my car I was very satisfied with that my issue was that when I came to pick up my car after I had looked at the car and was very satisfied with the outcome The girl inside told me that there was going to be a survey and instructed me to only give her 10's not 9's but only tens! I thought that was very presumptuous of her And did not like the fact that I was told how to answer a survey! I would have given very high marks ! If this is how you handle a survey I don't see how it could be accurate

I was satisfied with the repairs and I was informed of what was going on with my vehicle in a timely fashion. The thing that kind of rubbed my the wrong way would be at the very end of things when I picked up my car. I was basically told I needed to give a rating of 10 when I was contacted about the feed back and comments about my experience. I didn't like the idea of being told in so many words, I have no choice but to give a rating of 10.
