My bumper had reverse sensors looks like it is not working or were not replaced , also paint has a few cheapskate were repair was done , finishing interior I lost a key chain that was left inside the car at time of pick up it was gone.

It was 4 days past the day I was told of release... I have grind dust and dirt under my back seat and covered over my very expensive sound system it was just throw together and not clean all the dust from when they left my truck wide open with no covers over the window and I have pictures it making my amp over heat from all the dust that's now all inside it so I will have to replace that and I noticed some new scratches on my brand new vehicle I will not be bringing it back for warranty repairs because of work will take much longer and I need my vehicle

There were 75 miles unaccounted for from the time I left my truck to when I picked it up, my toll tag was used while at the body shop, my bumper is crooked, there were car parts (not related to my truck) in the back seat, I had to wait an extra hour and half for my truck to be ready, there was compound still on my truck after they washed it, on of the techs left his phone and trash in my truck.

I would have been COMPLETELY satisfied with my experience had the guys in the office not been cursing! When I arrived to drop off my car there were about 5 men in the first office to the left talking loudly and cursing (including f--- and using God's name in vain), even after I let them know I was just outside their office. I could NOT believe the lack of professionality! After that the experience was really great with the guy taking me outside to look at the car being very professional and courteous as well as the guy for the rental car. I had a great experience picking my car up a few days later and the text messages were very courteous, keeping me posted on the car's status!
