Thorough and they take pride in their work. I wanted my car to look perfect and they did just that. Not only did they do that but they followed up twice with me by phone. Excellent customer service and quality work all around. Thank you.

They kept in touch every step of the way. Car was detailed before we had gotten it back. Drives like it did of not better and everyone was so nice. The only thing not cleaned was a white powdery substance on the passenger door. Maybe fiberglass? Otherwise a wonderful experience. Geico and car1 worked very well together.

I was shopping with my children the day we where in an accident. my kids had food and I had a latte in the cup holder in the front. my latte spilled all over the passenger side. Well my car was with crash one for a month. I could barely stomach driving it home. It stunk and stinks horrible!!!!! When I have had body work done before at other establishments they usually clean my car inside and out! I am extremely disappointed... we also drove all the way to town an hour!!!! To pick up our car and the pain was horrible and the tires had a hole the size of my hand. I can't drive that!!! They could have put on the spare or an old set so we could at least drive it off the lot safely. Disappointed again. The wax and detail job is lousy and the pain and grill and hood don't look as nice as the original at all! Looks cheap! If we ever have a fender bender in Rockford again we will pay the extra to have it towed to Freeport Metal Specialty where they treat us well and take better care of our vehicles. BTW my kids who are stinky teenagers got groceries out of the car when I got home and they even said it stunk! Yeah its that bad!!! Gross and un exceptable.... . . I was thourally embarrassed taking it across town to get new tires as the guys had to get in and out of the car. Now I not only had to give your establishment almost 5000 but I have to get my car entirely detailed as well. Thanks! SONYA L. MCCOY

Your team got my car in quickly, and both the service manager and insurance rep walked me thru the process. They set an aggressive timeline to have the repairs done, and my car was ready on time. When something wasn't quite right, they fixed it on the spot. I also liked having the rental place right on site. This saved me time and hassle. I will recommend this shop to others.
