two weeks ago i brought in my 2004 Kia Optima to be repaired from a drunk driver who hit me while parked. The work that needed to be completed was the two driver side doors the left Panal, and the hood. when i recieved the car the first thing i realized the hood was still in the same condition i dropped it off, went to go lock the doors when i got out the car but the button did not work. The left speaker on the driver side was not fully working either. To end this comment i went to put groceries in the back seat and the door handle ripped off???? I am very upset with the repair to my car.
