My experience with blossom was awesome. They were courteous from the beginning, and they were thorough with explaining each process. From the receptionist, to the person behind the counter at Enterprise, and Beth the inspector, everyone was So friendly and eager to help me. they kept me informed along the way, and my car was delivered on time as promised. They put my trunk covers back together the way they came from the factory, and that was impressive. Also I think they went one step above and plugged a little leak I had in my tail light so water would not get into my trunk when it rained. So for all that I give everyone kudos and high praise. I had a good experience. Stanley was very personable. The gals at the desk were great and having Enterprise located on site made it all very convenient. I considered using Voekels because I had the kids ( now adults) in school and have used them before. Blossom did a fantastic job and is 10 minutes from my home! Very pleased.

Some how they messed up my remote trunk. I can open the trunk with remote but now it will not close with the remote. I have to get out and close it. They fixed the remote starter. Or rather they put it back on. But as far as the work on the damage to the car they did a fantastic job. Looks better than it did before the accident. I love it. Thanks. But I will contact them about the trunk.
