Picked car up and went home, there we noticed that the bumper was too small. Returned to Varsity to find out that wrong bumper was installed. Awaiting for correct bumper to arrive.

I've owned a car for over 50 years, with a few occasions visiting an auto body shop. Varsity is without a doubt the best of the group. I actually got to make an appointment to come in (unusual, and I didn't have to wait!). Then, there was an actual schedule that was explained to me with frequent email updates! I certainly wasn't expecting that! I did NOT have to call and wait on hold not one time. In fact, with the updates I never had to call at all. I'm inordinately pleased with the service, my car looked new and it had even been washed and vacuumed! Hopefully, I won't be scraping the side of my car anytime soon so I'll not be coming back. I will, however, tell anyone who needs a body shop to go to Varsity because they are the BEST in town, bar none.
