My car was is on the right front area, now my right front door window doesn't work, and there telling me it has nothing to do with the accident when it was working fine before the accident!. This is so disappointing, after I just relocated and have a lot of other issues, last thing I needed was another one. I was told they would be returning my car back to pre-accident condition, and they didn't. When I talk to the manager Ric about it he tried to put it on the insurance, when I talk to the insurance man he put it back on the mechanics, then they said they would go half on pay for it with me, and im like why they dont pay half my insurance bill, the whole thing is messed up and im looking into what else I can do about this because its not right!

Everything was fine with the exterior work. They did a great job on that part! When I picked it up and drove off it wasn't driving good like something is wrong with a tire I took it back and the said one of my tires were low they added air and said it should be fine but it still drives like something's wrong with it! So I called my insurance person and asked him if I can take it to my shop that works on my car to get my tires checked out so I will be taking it there!

The window was not set correctly, the passenger door sounds like a cheap tin can and the passenger fog does not work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work. It's apparent that there was zero attention to detail. I am very disappointed with the results but am hopeful they can be remedied.
