There was a leak in the power steering pump, which leaked on a belt. This was missed after two inspections. THANKYOU

Not very happy with the service, so far! Two years ago you sold me on getting a new battery (mine was not bad ) but I had NO idea you would use an inferior warranty battery to replace my good battery! I just assumed you used all high quality products as you say you always get the best. Second, my interior wiper control on the steering column is not working as it did before my car was vandalized. As I drove it home on 11/17/15 the wipers started and everything I did wouldn't turn them off. I've owned and driven this car for 17 years and know how it works, and it is broken. Mercury Ins is leaving my claim open UNTILL you fix it.
