This is the second time I have used AusTex and both times y’all have been incredible! Blake was incredible to work with throughout the process. He was super responsive and great about answering all of my questions. There is always some apprehension about having to deal with mechanics or auto body shops but y’all take all the stress out of the process. I will definitely refer anyone that needs repairs done to AusTex.

The staff is super nice. Just took longer then expected and the paint wasn't the same color on the trunk as the rest. They are working to fix it which I appreciate. I just hope it gets back to normal for as long as it took and how much was paid. Otherwise they were nice and friendly and doing everything to get it the way it was
