Literally from my entering the building the Austen Staff were very polite, helpful, & efficient. Blake was my shop technician and he went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of each step that was happening with my car. I also like that there was a Geico & Enterprise representative on site to make the entire process as smooth as possible for the customer. This was definitely a 5-Star experience!

Blake made sure I understood everything, and made this process as pleasant as possible. My car looks amazing. Blake and the lady at the front desk(I feel bad I forgot her name) had great attitudes and way better customer service than other places I've been. This is my new place to go to get my car worked on. He even gave me quotes on fixing other parts of my car. Blake made a bad day GREAT instead of worse.

From the receptionist (Roxanne) to the body person (Blake), I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Everthing was super easy for me. I liked being able to go to one place and not have to worry about talking to my insurance or the rental car place. The employees were very friendly and trust worthy.
