The work on the car was done exceptionally well, and much faster than originally anticipated. Marlene was great at maintaining communication throughout the entire process, and the loaner car process was painless. My only regret was that I had filled up the tank on the loaner anticipating a longer turnaround, when I only needed to return it half full. Strange problem to have, but otherwise my experience with Spring Mall Auto Body was great.

Work was great, everything worked out well, just one thing which is that some settings in the Mileage meter are all messed up.
The BMW logo on the hood lost color which we did not see when picked the car, and does not look good. Have to fix them up.
