After inspecting my bumper it looks as if it was replaced with a different bumper from which was originally on the truck. The original bumper did not have lights. The replaced bumper has lights. My truck never had lights on its bumper and because of this, the lights on this replaced bumper do not work. I can imagine there is no wiring there to make lights work.
