This shop is second to none. I've had the pleasure in unfortunate situations to do business with CDE Collision. Their customer service along with their work is outstanding. My car is beautiful but they somehow make it even more beautiful with every unfortunate visit I've had to make. Every person is so friendly from the front desk to back office. I have found my car doctor for life.

The wheel well liner was left completely out of place and this was not noticed despite a tech driving the car-- he should have heard something was wrongfully. I had to fix it myself. The work overall was very good and the experience, mostly positive, was marred by the one sloppy bit, leaving me more disappointed than impressed. Thanks for asking.

I really love the kind greeting when I entered the building of C.D.E. Collision. I was called before my car even arrived. I went in to do my paperwork with the receptionist. Rich met me in the front and took me to where my car was and explained everything to me. The experience was so professionally mind blowing. Yes I am very satisfied with the atmosphere and service. I rate them 100%/100% top of the line service. Being new to the area.it was warm and welcoming. The sent out text messages of the updates to my phone to inform me of the progress of the wprknon my car. I am very pleased with everything. Thank you so much a cery satisfied customer......
