I was asked for the best phone number at which I can be reached. I provided my cell number. I was asked for an alternate number, at which time I provided my home number. The call to telling me my car was ready to be picked up was placed to my home phone. My home phone isn't checked regularly, which is why I provided my cell as the best contact number. I would have liked to be called on my cell, especially since I only have a 24 hour window to return the rental vehicle, and I have to plan around a full time job and daycare.
