Mike was awesome, provided quality results, the repair was perfect and completed a day early. However, Enterprise Rental Cars screwed up. They called State Farm and were told I did not have rental car insurance & wanted to charge me approximately 400 for a 10 day car rental!!!! When I checked my insurance card 2 days ago, it clearly indicates rental car insurance. Also, since they felt they had me over a barrel that they could charge me through the nose rather than offer me a discounted rate since I was having collision repair work at a facility where they actually have an office. Seriously ? They **** ! Thanks for nothing Enterprise !
