The auto-lock didn't work so I had to bring the car back.
After this 2nd trip, grease (black oil) was smeared on the interior of the car. Not fixed yet...
Today, I discovered the cap/door to the fuel tank could not open. So, that part is damaged, I will have to go back tomorrow to get that fixed. Luckily I still have some gas in the tank. What if I had gone to the gas station only when the tank is empty, and I'd have no way to drive my car?
Just too much time spent going back and forth. They should not have created more issues in the first place.

However, I was extremely dissatisfied with your partner - Manny who did my wheel alignment. He delayed the delivery by more than 10 days, was unresponsive and did not complete putting back parts of the car in the end, which Andrew had to complete. Please get a better partner or hand off the work that they are doing to them and don’t take responsibility, else they are going to give you and your team a negative reputation.

Almost perfect job but noticing some very small over sights such as dry paint between panels, noticed a scratch on the spoiler, and other very very small minor things. It's not major enough to warrant a repair or service but I'm overall still satisfied with the overall quality and service.

Not a very good experience— had to go back there
4 times. When i picked up my car,
I sent it back because there was a scratch in the area where repair was done. Went back to pick it up - tpm light and ither light popped up.
Was asked by carlos to return it for reset. Tried to do the reset multiple times - did not work. Brought car back, reset again, carlos drive my car and tried to do the reset - it didn’t work. Asked me to drive on 101, i did. Reser didn’t work. Went to my mechanic — you did not replace the tire sensor after you did work!!! Seriously?!? Awful work, awful service.

Andrew was great. Body shop work was outstandin. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful to questions I was asking and shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Andrew was quite the opposite and answered all my questions politely. But the quality of the workmanship was enough for me to overlook those rude interactions.

The repair took longer than expected, 3 weeks vs **** week, even though we paid in advance for parts and waited for arrival before dropping off the car. Each week in the shop we heard about yet another part missing, and another week waiting for it. causing a longer wait. MV Body Shop could do better here. However, we appreciated the frequent text updates and thought the high quality of repair was great. We also really appreciated that the car was washed and cleaned inside and the battery was charged before returning the car to us. Thank you!
