Was sent away in my car while the back gate was disassembled.
Was given back the vehicle while 2 safety features were still non-operational: reverse alarm and blind spot sensor.
Repair took 2 months, with repeated delays that were not communicated in advance, despite knowing the part was on back order.

I don't want to send off my car for repairs again just to change **** headlight because it doesn't match the other. Nevertheless, I don't like that the shop was ok with how it looks, they didn't put themselves in my shoes; when you fix the car, just fix it all the way please.

I think my history with you has been since the 90’s. I find that your work is very trustworthy. On one occasion in 2010, the decision to evaluate my damages to the whole left side of my 1995 Ford Windstar Van dollar-wise was to total-out my van.But you came to my rescue and reduced the cost to repair my only means of transportation. Since than, my van has been my “safe haven”, because I DIYed in 2003 and live in my van periodically for 10 years until 2019 when I purchased my 2002 Honda Odyssey. It too became my safe haven. Prior to my recent body repair, I DIY a subfloor and lived in it from June 2019 until October 2020 in San Leandro, CA. I totally appreciate you making a few minor repairs that was not included in the estimate. I have always advertised for you.
