The only negative thing, if you want to call it negative, was that I had to drive to another location to receive my rental car. Evrything was explained to me perfectly. Evrything was fast and on time. The work on my car was 100 percent perfect and if anything happens to my paint or if I'm in satisfied in any way I can come back. It makes me want to switch my auto insurance to Geico and me and my family might just do that. Don't let me find out geico is cheaper than Liberty mutual becase we will switch tomorrow

I was completely taken by surprise by how much you had it together there. You had everything ready to go for me when I got there with my vehicle. You knew I was coming, you were prepared with a rental vehicle, you updated me as each step was done on my repairs, and my car was in super polished shape when I picked it up.
