From start to finish, the Marxi's did a fantastic job. Dianna answered all my questions when I set up the appointment. She also guided me through the process and was very helpful in arranging a rental vehicle for me. Once my car was in the shop Javier gave me regular updates and work with the insurance to quickly get my car back on the road. I love my car and it seems like Marco's does too. Also, when the work was completed, Javier and his team took me through a complete diagnostic process to assure that everything was working right. They even steam cleaned my engine and detailed the interior to an imaculete state. I can't say enough good things about the excellent service I received from Jabier and the Marco's team. YOU WOWED ME!!!

I had the most satisfying experience, Marco's collision center is my garage for life! All the mechanics are super nice and the manager, Aram, is so helpful and instrumental to turning my accidents into great experiences. He helped me speak to the "other guy's" insurance and made sure I will be covered. He explained everything so clearly to me I'm terms I would understand, because I for know the first thing about cars. I also had personal belongings in my car that remaind un touched. I really respect the people at Marco's collision and want to thank them sincerely for all the amazing hard work they did on my Mini Copper. They always greet you with a smile and are very thurough and timly with their work. Thank u!!

Yes, a job well done! All of the staff at Marcos deserves 5 stars. From Deana (I think that's her name, sorry!) at the front desk, to Javier who called me any time he had an update with the car. I would recommend Marcos to anyone who would need repairs done. They kept their word, and got me my car back on time. Everyone at Marcos should really feel good about themselves knowing they make people like me feel much more secure after the work they do. They only do quality work, and don't take shortcuts.
