From the minute we called for an appointment to meeting Patrick, we knew our Benz ML350 would be in good hands. Patrick contacted us re: assessment of repairs to be done and estimated time of completion. Well, aside from that we received phone and text updates. Our SUV was done on the date as promised (approximately a week) Also, they did an excellent job on the door repair (driver's side.) We are satisfied with Patrick's service. He really took care of us. When we saw the Benz, it looked great and the repair was unnoticeable. Our ML350 looked new again. Patrick even made sure, the SUV was extremely clean. His service is above and beyond! Considering this was our first time at Service King, we are completely satisfied with the repairs and service given. Thanks to Patrick and staff for an excellent job done!

Everyone was courteous and professional. The work was done perfectly, and the car was detailed before it was returned to me. One smudge on the back of my front passenger seat was taken care of immediately. Later, I noticed a small mark on the headliner over the driver's seat. Overall, a good experience.

Everything went better than expected. There was a small amount of paint droplets on the wheel from the paint, but it wasn't that noticeable unless you stare at it. The damaged are were repaired just like before it was new. S0 overall experience was great and I am satisfied. Oh, did I mention the repair was completed way ahead of my expectation?
