Be more transparent about timing of when a vehicle will be completed. Don’t lie about running test and trying to figure out what’s wrong for three days and take another three to fix it. Every time I got an update it was either we are still running test or waiting for parts.. Should have went to the dealer and saved $400 I had to pay for a rental because of the lack of urgency to fix a leak
