Terri was great at keeping me informed on progress and sending me estimate info. The only negative was having to wait an hour for the Enterprise guy to pick me up but I think that was on their end. It might have been nice if the receptionist had called again after seeing me still in the wait room after 20 min. Otherwise, a job well done. Thank you
