I was probably about 80-90% satisfied-- When I took my car in, I only really wanted the major damage to be fixed as I wanted to avoid getting my car totaled. That wish was pretty much ignored and, because of that, my car was almost totaled. Thankfully the amount of repairs was lessened and my car was not totaled in the end. But it would have been nice to have been listened to from the start.
Everything else was great-- the people I personally interacted with were nice and professional, and my car was fixed up very nicely in the end. If you can, please listen to the car owner's concerns next time--it may save everyone a headache in the future.
