Front desk was always friendly, curtious and very knowledgeable. John and Omar were super! Repairs look top quality so far. And car was cleaner than when I take it to local pro car wash.

I left my car extra days in shop to have a new tire installed. When I took my car home I noticed that my old tire was still on my car. Luckily, l had a picture of my old tire to show the representative at ServiceKing; otherwise ServiceKing wouldn't have believed me. I think that a business that is accustomed in working on cars and seeing tires daily should have noticed that the tire I was initially taking home was not a new tire.
