I had a great experience having my car repaired at Service King on Monterey Pass Road. The staff there, particularly General Manager Alan Lu and Service Advisor John Chiang, were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They answered all the questions I had and they kept me informed about the progress of my car's repair everyday. My car was ready as promised. When I picked up my car, I was completely satisfied with the repair! My car was washed and waxed! It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Service King to my friends!

Not only did they update on the progress of my vehicle they also finished it 12 DAYS BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DATE. That was a huge plus for me because I didn't have a rental car so the faster they finished it was even better. The parts and paint they ordered wasn't some non-oem brand; it was specifically oem parts and not some cheap knock off. They even removed a dent I had near the gas FREE OF CHARGE. They didn't even include it in my insurance. My car was also washed inside and out which made it look brand new all over again. I would definitely recommend this place. Sure you can find some cheap mechanics but a few months or years down the road whatever they fixed or replaced will eventually break down you. Avoid all of that and bring your car here.
