Best auto repair shop across the board! Excellent service, great work, fast turnaround, open communication, car retal next door a bug bonus, nice welcoming decor, clean and easy to navigate with my insurance. I'll be back and would recommend Marco's to anyone!

Only thing to check out: When I went to pay for the service, I was told 487...so I said there is a mistake and the lady said, no, that's what it is. Then, we had **** take a look at the bill and he made the correction to 287--but if I had not said anything, I would have been overcharged quite a bit (an extra 200). Of course, this was not intentional, etc. but that's a pretty big money error. Not sure how that happened so you might want to check into it. Otherwise, everything, everybody there is great--thanks!

I came to Marco's Collision because of my insurance and yelp review recommendations.
Started well with a professional service from the front desk and assistance by Daniel Bressler who explained very well the process. After our conversation, I did not hesitate to put my car repair on their schedule and notify my USAA insurance of my selection.
Daniel kept me posted throughout the repair via phone and email - I appreciate it very much. I got my car earlier as promised and I'm very glad I went to this place. Outstanding professional work as what I see so far but they have great warranty too. Highly recommended place.
The final walkthrough I received from Jose and Henry plus the other guy before I got my car was superb. Well thought out.
Julia at the front desk is very lovely and professional. Excellent customer service.

I have never seen such a professional and courteous business establishment as Marcos collision in Pasadena California. The customer service from the cashier to the employees working on the car to the management who oversees everything is top rated. They all work collectively to take the stress out of the customer and repair the car to its detail.
