Timing exceeded expectations. Delivery was professionally conducted.

I have no problem with the quality of the finished product. The work that was done and the care that was taken was excellent. I brought in my Mercedes CLS 550 because, over the years, the front bumper had become scuffed and there were chips to the black paint on the front of the car, the hood and the top of the front fenders. That was on July 3. I told Roger Angela that I would be out of town for the next week and that I could pick it up when I came back on July 14. Nothing was said about requiring more time than that. On July 14 I was told that the car was still being painted. on July 16 I was told that the painting was complete and that all that was required was reassembly. My request for a date when they thought the car might be ready went unanswered. On the 16th I called and spoke with Jeff. I explained that this was not an insurance job and that now I had been without a car for two weeks. The car was ready on Monday, July 21. in recognition of my frustration with the delay there was a 15% discount to the invoice. I am happy with the results. I guess that I expected that Roger would have managed the project more efficiently and that he would have been more communicative. Always tell the customer the truth. If they can't deal with it, that's their problem.

I'm satisfied with the repair work done on my car. I just wish there were better coordination between your staffs and my insurance adjuster on the collection of deductible. We have mentioned it to Jose and the front desk a couple of times that our deductible will be waived and paid for by my insurance company. However, our paper work still didn't show as such and I have to clarify the situation again. When the parts came in, we also didn't get a progress call as promised by your staff.

John, the manager, is absolutely first class. He and his team are very professional and very pleasant to work with. I had estimates from other repair shops which offered much lower prices, but I am glad I turned my car over to Marcos. They did a great job. My car looks like new again and I am very pleased with everything. Would go back for any future body work.

As it turned out, I did not have to rent a car at all, as I was expecting to for at least one day. They got my job done one day ahead of schedule which was so appreciated. Also wanted to say that Raphael, who took me home and picked me up to return to your shop to pick up my car, was also very nice and professional as well. My car looks fine. However, the customer service wasn't great. Every time I called, I was left on hold for at least 3-4 minutes, and two times, I was disconnected. Some of my calls were not returned. And, my car was supposed to be finished by Friday, the 20th of June, and it wasn't done until late in the afternoon of June 23rd. I had to call to find out when it would be done.

The communication from Marcos was helpful throughout the repair and the thorough job of explaining the repair once I picked up my car.
