Driver door damaged, but service did not check to see if wind noise occurred at freeway speeds. it does. I have to go back, I'm told it will just be an adjustment. I hope so.

Terrible service. My enterprise rental car coverage was messed up by service king. When bristal west insurance called service king, service king said my car was not in the shop and never was. Stupid service king didn't realize my car was in the pasadena shop for 9 days????????? They even charged my insurance triple aaa over 8500 for the service when bristal west only estimated 1000 to fix my car. Why the big discrepency???? Jeff really messed up and I am furiously mad. Triple aaa snd bristal west is too. How much time did I spend to fix that stupid problem? On top of that my car still squeaks and I told jeff. What a frustrating experience!!!!

The only reason it took a month to finished the vehicle is because of the part back ordered nationwide so the shop is at no fault at all.
