Tony Pogosyan provided excellent customer service. The bodywork was exceptional and completed earlier than expected.
My only reservation with your customer service happened on Mon. 6/27/16 @ 8:30 am when I checked in. The work authorization order was prepared indicated my license incorrectly. I brought that to the attention of the service clerk. She told me it didn't matter, to go ahead and sign it, and she would correct it. I told her it was a contract and I would not sign it. She reluctantly prepared another document. This incident has left a bad impression with me, although I answered as completely satisfied.
