This was my first time dealing with Service King. I really appreciated how John, the general manager, listened to my urgency concerns and committed his team to deliver the car on time. Secondly, they were excellent in the communication department. Not only was I able to reach Tony, but he said he'd let me know how the repair was progressing and he did call me. Then, the work was very well done, the car was returned clean inside and out, the light system was checked in front of me ...amazing service overall.
