I met convenience and friendly service from the beginning. The genuinely pleasant Minerua Estrella explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. She did a very good job, and kept me informed by sending email updates and follow up calls throughout the process.

Menurva (the woman at the front desk) is the absolute sweetest. I wasnt feeling well when i came in so she made sure i was in and out quickly. Also the woman has the patience of a saint.
