Although my car was taken there because of a terrible situation, everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Delta made things more bearable. Minerva was very helpful and patient and when I picked up my car, the two men who helped were also easy going and helpful. It was also wonderful to be able to return my rental and get my car all in one place. I hope I don't have another accident. However, if I needed to, I would go to Delta having the peace of knowing that my car is in great hands.

Delta Collision did an amazing job. I can't believe how smooth the whole process was. Insurance inspection, car rental and auto body repairs were seamless and efficient. I probably spent less than 30 minutes combined for drop-off and pick-up. They even cleaned the interior! Both the exterior and interior looked amazing. I would highly recommend Delta Collision!

The work was amazing. Friendly staff and all. I just feel that the time it took for the repairs was too long. My pickup date was pushed back 4 times and that killed me since I didn't have a rental. I would recommend that you guys give a "ready" date which is a few weeks out from the date you think the car will be ready. This way, any hiccups along the way will be covered in the original timeline which you provided.
Besides that - no other feedback. I still give you guys 10 out of 10.
