After I pick up the paper floor liner when I got home I realize that there are grease stains all over the driver side carpet. They weren't there when I dropped off the car. I should have seen this and remove the paper before I left but I would've thought that somebody would've admitted to it and cleaned it before they handed me the keys

I was pleased the moment I first spoke with the women in the office who called when my car arrived at Delta Collision. She was friendly, very clear on the next steps and who I could contact for questions. The estimator was fast and completed the job perfectly, emailed me with status and details thru the entire process. The work that was done on my car was excellent, I have been working on cars for many years and working with various shops it can be disastrous Delta really did an excellent job and their paint match on a 10 year old car was great.
