There was a mechanical issue that was found during the time my Jeep was at the shop. It was not brought to my attention when I went to pick up my vehicle. Before leaving with my vehicle, I told the shop and they said they had already known about the errors. I was disappointed that they had not mentioned it to me. My vehicle is now continuing repairs at the dealership. Other than that Delta Collision was wonderful to work with.

My overall experience was good. But asking if I was "completely" satisfied is a tall order. What matters is my car was completed beautifully and I appreciate that. The lack of updates and communication during the process was frustrating. I didn't know anything unless I called and the completion date was moved like 5 times - which I only found out each time because I called to see what was going on. I also got my car back with enough gas to literally drive 8 miles which was NOT cool.
