Everyone was extremely nice. I loved dealing with Ashley. She was so personable and is a real asset. I also felt comfortable when dealing with the Geico representatives. Everything was explained thoroughly. I did not like dealing with the guy in South Amboy Enterprise who switched out my vehicle. He understood that I had never driven the vehicle but he never explained anything to me nor did he ask me if I had any questions about the vehicle. He acted as if he could not wait for me to leave, and there were no other customers there for him to be so rushed.

Delta's front staff turned a horrible insurance experience better by making me feel as a human and understanding the situation and went above and beyond what was expected to put me at ease and make sure I knew what repairs they would be doing and contacting me from the day I dropped off my car to the day of contacting me via phone and email to inform me of repair costs and when it was complete for pick up.
