Hi Acme Auto Body, Being in a car accident for the first time is stressful enough as it is. Keep in mind that I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and what it would take for me to get my car fixed so I was nothing but stressed out! I blindly selected an auto body shop through Geico Xpress and just automatically assumed that I would have to go through hoops to get my car fixed and that it would be nothing but a hassle. For me, my experience at Acme Auto Body was the complete and utter opposite. Every single person that I came in contact with was nothing short of friendly and "all about the customers". To me, that is an extremely rare thing to find when it comes to this type of business. Everybody that I dealt with was also very thorough and explained the process to me so that I would easily understand. I also was extremely impressed by the wait time and how as soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by somebody and taken care of right away. It is very clear that you all know what you are doing and that your customers are #****. It is also obvious that your business runs extremely efficiently. As far as the actual work that was done on the car, I am overall extremely impressed. My car looks like nothing ever happened and that was what I was shooting for. Nobody in my family knew that I got into the accident because it would just make everybody neurotic so it was imperative that it looked the same as it did before I got into the accident. I really appreciate all of the hard work you all put into my car. I can't imagine how much work goes into the entire process with having to call vendors to order parts, to replace the parts etc. so it is all very much appreciated.
