My vehicle was not completed when they told me it was going to be completed My vehicle was not completed at the 2nd promised time My vehicle had wires hanging from it and I had to return to the dealership My trim was not fixed properly and they told me they will probably never be able to fix it because "it shrinks" My vehicle was supposedly washed and buffed and it has scuff marks and dirty Rag marks all over it Completely dissatisfied customer Repairs cost 2 times more then another garage had estimated

Everyone was awesome. My car was finished earlier than expected and it looks fantastic. Every person that I came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. I am always 100% satisfied with my experiences at Ken Pollock Volvo. It's just icing on the cake that they're a dog friendly establishment too!!
