From beginning to end, I was kept informed of current status. Lenny provided detailed information regarding what to expect from insurance processing, repair and Liberty Mutual's valet service. Mike arrived at my home with the rental and took my vehicle to the shop. When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see my vehicle looked as good as if I just received it from the dealership.
