I have used Tip Top before and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. The staff is very friendly yet always professional as well as accommodating. *Lenny is always great to work with and goes out of his way to help out in any way he can. The text updates are a real plus. I would highly recommend Tip Top to anyone in need of an auto body shop.

The rear car warning light was still on my dashboard. I didn't see it in the morning when I picked it up, because they put my light knob to off from automatic. In the evening, when I drove my car home and turned on the light, that when I saw it.
Secondly, the repair of the body wasn't done well. There is an obvious gap between the bumper and the body. They should be even.
I had my car done at Tip Top because it has a very good review online, even fixing and buffering tiny dents that are not part of the original problem, but I didn't it done on mine. Instead, they did a horrible job in my original problem.
