The customer is very good overall, but one thing that keep me from giving excellent because when I picked my car and drove home, I heard a noise on driver side. I stopped and take a look what made that noise. I saw there is nail embedded into the front left tire. I called tiptop to informed what happened right away. They asked to drove back for them to see. But they and geico agent told me once I left the store is out of their responsible. I left my car with no problem of the tires. I pick up my car with what needed to be fixed but left with a nail embedded in my tire. I ended up waiting for 2 hours to have my flat tire to be fixed. I really upset, but nothing I can do even I explained what happened to the tire, because I only check what had been fixed, but not the whole car. Who even think there is a nail embedded into my tire.

I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning but the staff at TipTop made me feel welcomed and that my car mattered. They did an awesome job on the repairs and they returned my car to me after they washed and vacuumed the interior.
