State Farm informed me that their State Farm preferred auto body shop would pick up and then deliver my car after the work was completed. Everyone at Tip Top was friendly, competent, professional and genuinely committed to my needs and satisfaction ... except for the represention from state Farm regarding the pick up and delivery of the car. In the end it didn't matter and I would certainly use and recommend Tip Top.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with all. The professionalism, courtesy and friendliness that I experienced with EVERYONE that I dealt with at Tip Top was absolutely exemplary in every way (receptionist, mechamcis, etc)... a model of outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The “one stop shopping” aspect was incredibly smooth and made the result of my collision stress free; (having Enterprise and Geico on site was SO helpful; and the representatives from these companies were excellent as well). A special thanks goes to Lenny, the head mechanic who supervised my job. He was very thorough in his his explanation of what needed to be done with my car, and answered all my questions. He was a gentleman in every way, a wonderful person to deal with, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle, until the day I picked it up. Top is fortunate to have him represent the company. .. and of course, the car looks great! A last note, it was very helpful to receive occasional texts about the progress of my repairs along the way. Before this visit, I have used Tip Top on the past and was always pleased as well. In the event that I need body work on any of my vehicles in the future, there is no doubt whatsoever that I will use Tip Top again, and in the meantime, will enthusiastically recommend them to all.
