Reception from the first moment was great. The communication was amazing throughout this inconvenience, which wasn’t bad because everything we needed was right there. When the car was ready they acknowledged a misspelling of my name in the texts and apologized and the car was very clean. I did find one piece of broken glass stuck to the cloth in the ceiling, but knowing they took the kids car seats out to make sure no glass was in there was comforting. Extremely easy drop off of the rental car too. Seamless experience. Thank you!

Everyone was organized and pleasant. I was kept updated on the progress daily until Thursday. I didn’t hear anything about progress on Thursday or Friday. I called Friday, and was told my truck might not be ready by Friday 5:00 (estimated finish). Ines was very apologetic, and did everything possible to get my truck done on time. She was even willing to stay late so that’s I could get my truck on Friday. I appreciated the willingness to go above and beyond to keep a promised finish date.

The work was incredible and perfect, the car looks fantastic and I adored the constant updates. Also, all the staff I dealt with were fantastic, couldn't be happier with all of that. My only issues were with how long it took (2 weeks) and the cost. I felt like there was a ton of extra expenses because the insurance company was paying.
