The environment is very professional. Very impressive and much nicer than any auto body shop I have ever been in. The technology to keep in touch during the repair was excellent. The team was very responsive. And, I specifically said I did not want a "rust bucket" of a rental car - and I don't know if the desk team had any influence - but I drove out in a BMW rental - which was a first for me as well. The experience was excellent.
