I find it hard to believe that no one goes over the vehicle with you when you pick it up but they do when you drop it off. I think someone should have walked around the car with me.

I dropped my car off on Monday morning and was told I'd get a call Monday or Tuesday with an update to how long my repairs would take. I called near close of business Tuesday, then again on Wednesday, and was only contacted on Thursday.
When I picked up my car on Friday, not only was the hood where the work was done dirty, but there was a pool of water on the drivers side floor, and the inside of the windshield is so filthy I cant see out of it especially at night.
