I did not mention that there still seemed to be a large gap between the fender flare and quarter panel, as well as between the quarter panel and hood. I did not mention this because i really cannot go any longer without my own car, and apparently the work is covered for the life of the car and can be fixed at a later time. I also noticed a large, deep scratch on my rear passenger side door when i arrived home. Im not sure much can be done about this now that i drove it off the lot, but it would be nice if it was fixed. The system of gieco using enterprise for rentals is what makes it difficult. I need my car to get dirty. Three dogs and a job thats dirty physical labor makes it really hard to keep a rental clean. I know this is not M3's decision, but its what makes it a difficult and unpleasant experience. So after not having my car for 7 days, and unfortunately not being able to do much with the rental car, im a bit unsatisfied. Some fault falls on M3, and some on Gieco and the rental company. I would have left the car longer and had the work completed to my satisfaction but could not afford to go any longer without my car.
