Customer service was great. I appreciated the empathy toward me and my situation. The rose was also a nice touch. I was only slightly disappointed that the tailpipe is sticking out so far. I'm concerned it will make parallel parking unnecessarily tricky. But otherwise, great work, all! My car hasn't been this quiet in years.

I'm very happy about their work, it is very great job. But just after the crash I hear some noise on the back of the car. I called your office about that but after delivery of the car, the noise still there. My dealer mecanics home said I need to change the wheel hub assembly. They said the noise is due to the crash. Is the only thing about. The work was very great.

I was in a car accident and I needed a new bumber. The one that was installed obviously did not match the car paint color. It was obvious within seconds of seeing it; how a professional did not detect this is beyond me. I brought this car on a different occasion and the work was not done correctly that time either. I respected how the owner handled it so I came back as a repeat customer. However, my experience every time is that your collision team does not do the job right. What is most off putting is when staff, like Trent, try to get me to believe it's normal. A comment like "bumbers are usually a different color" is unacceptable. I am happy to share photos of the work where the problem is obvious. As I shared these photos through my social network of the work done at Crash Champions, the family and peer feedback confirmed the unacceptable quality of the work. When someone tries to talk me into accepting poor quality work it leaves me with a sense of distrust. In Trent's defense he did not push back when I said I would not accept it and he took it back to re-do, but that was after denying the problem. I leave this experience with feelings of dissatisfaction and distrust with your business.
