I know you can remedy all these things but it involves her being carless for a little longer. The paperwork that I was given said it would take 5 days to repair. That was not an estimate. It took 10 days, which encrued extra costs for me to have a rental car. There was poor communication as to the status of my vehicle. Twice I was told someone would give me an update later in the day and twice no one called. Someone took items in my backseat and threw them in my trunk ripping open a wrapped Xmas gift I had left in there. w
