I am not satisfied at this point, but your two gentlemen assured me the four defects would be handled quickly. Of course, I'll need to bring my truck back for a couple of days. You had it for 11-12 workdays, and that was not a problem for me, even though I did not take a rental car. Before I left your premises today, I found two rather small, insignificant paint/tape defects. Your gentleman acknowledged them and said you'll would take care of it when I wanted to bring it back. I started to leave again, and saw that the tint film on my driver's door glass was scraped/ damaged, while there. Then when I closed my driver's door with the glass down about four inches, the door glass was obviously loose in the track and made a rattling noise when I closed the door. I asked another gentleman to come take a look. He readily agreed with both issues and again, said I need to bring it back and you'll will take care of it. Last Friday, I was told that my truck would have been ready, but you needed to keep it a couple more days to correct a couple of QC issues, and as a result, it was finished this morning, 9/14. I was, and am, a bit surprised that some additional, pretty obvious, QC issues slipped by. I plan to explore further tomorrow, Thursday, to try to insure there are no other details I missed and will let you know. I am sure that, in the end, all will be good and I will be happy with your finished product, assuming you or I identify any other defects that may have been missed. Thank you, Dennis R. Britt

I am satisfied with the work done, the one issue I noticed was inside of my grill a piece of plastic that covers the air vent was misplaced and does not match the other side.
